To ensure we can provide the best possible service to all of our clients, Ascent Aesthetics & Recovery has established the following Financial & Cancellation Policy. By scheduling an appointment or utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
1. Payment Policy
Because post-operative recovery care requires reserving dedicated nursing time, the following payment schedule applies to all recovery bookings:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your recovery dates.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your scheduled surgery.
Reservations are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
If your surgery is scheduled within 14 days of booking, full payment is due at the time of scheduling.
2. Surgery Schedule Changes
We understand that surgical schedules occasionally change.
If your surgeon changes your surgery date, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the new date based on availability. Your deposit may be transferred to the new date if we are notified promptly.
3. Cancellation Policy
Because your recovery care is reserved exclusively for you, cancellations impact our ability to care for other patients.
More than 14 days before surgery
You may cancel your recovery services more than 14 days before your scheduled surgery.
Your initial 50% booking deposit is non-refundable, as it reserves your dates and provider availability.
Any additional payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.
Within 14 days of surgery
Cancellations made within 14 days of surgery are non-refundable, as your provider has committed and reserved time specifically for your care.
4. Client Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested at least 14 days before surgery and subject to provider availability.
Additional date changes may require a new deposit.
5. Provider Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Ascent Aesthetics & Recovery must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, all payments received will be refunded in full if a replacement provider cannot be arranged.
6. Late Arrivals
Recovery services begin at the scheduled start time. Delays in your arrival or discharge from the surgical facility do not automatically extend your scheduled recovery period.
Additional time may be available at the current hourly rate, subject to provider availability.
7. Refund Policy
Post-operative nursing services are professional healthcare services. Once services have been provided, refunds are not issued.
If concerns arise regarding your care, please contact us promptly so we can address them.

We accept major credit cards and other approved electronic payment methods.
